The special instructions section of our order form has many uses both for you, the practitioner, and the lab. In some cases, you may want to provide a small drawing with regard to a specific modification or placement of a modification on the orthosis plate. You may simply desire to have the lab contact you regarding the individual patient to insure adequate communication prior to fabrication. In other cases, you may want to provide the lab with special shipping instruction or request a rush. Within the special instruction section we welcome your comments, questions, suggestions and drawings when applicable.
